Delia is a fantastic presenter. Clear, easy to understand and humorous! She makes the science easy to understand and this has given me a much greater understanding of ‘why’ I should be making changes, which I believe will give me much more motivation to make the changes.
I am so glad I attended the presentation and hope to gradually make small changes.
