L is doing really well and thank you for asking after him. He’s started school and has blossomed – we’ve gone from believing him to be this challenged little man who needed extra help, to enjoying the fact that we have a super reader who is extremely happy to snack on almonds and snow peas for recess! He’s a little skinnier than I would like (he’s incredibly active) but eats constantly and seems to be thriving. He loves his smoothies, although has never gotten into the Udo’s oil to a point that I could use it in a salad dressing. All of the kids have gotten used to the addition of “magical” berries and nuts in our salads – which are way yummy!
