The nourish your neurons talk provided me with some up-to-date research on maintaining our health – particularly our neurons – through the consumption of fats in our diet…..or should I say the most effective consumption of fats! Perhaps the most significant outcome of the talk for me was the ease of incorporating the information in our daily lives. The simple information of how to effectively use fats in our diets, cooking without fats – or at least if you have to heat the fats, which ones to use, and ideas of how to incorporate the various types of fats in your diet quickly eg Udo’s Oil is now a part of my daily diet! Tried the nut recipe and didn’t find it as easy.
The way I use fats, oils , nuts etc in my diet is now second nature. I was pretty healthy previously, however with the small changes I made,I noticed after a little while, a particular difference in my skin. I don’t have the dry skin that I use to have. The difference is right down to the soles of my feet
No more of those horrible cracked heels!
