Refrigerate the oil when you receive it. Replace it in the fridge when you have taken your daily or twice daily dose. Use it within 8 weeks, although most people taking their recommended daily dosage will use it well within this period. If you have ordered more than one bottle of oil, you can freeze the extra, unopened bottles to prolong the life of the oil. As oil molecules shrink in size when frozen, this is completely safe to do. When you need to use the frozen oil, simply transfer the bottle to the refrigerator, and it will be ready to use within a few hours.
