We send our parcels out using Australia Posts’ e-parcel express service, which is a three day delivery service. If you live close to a major postal center you may receive your parcel the next day, or if your live further from the major center, within three business days. In Australia the charge is $14.70 which includes shipping and handling fees.
We send your parcel out overnight or by 2-day air in the USA. In the USA the cost is calculated from the closest warehouse to the customers address.
When orders are received before 2pm, on a business day, they are shipped out that day. After 2pm they are shipped out the next business day. When orders are received on a Friday, or on a weekend, they are shipped out on the following Monday, if it is a business day.
